In the course of collecting applications, Mosaic Financial (hereinafter referred to as the Consultant) conducted active marketing activities, including sending teasers to a wide pool of potential investors. As a result of the conducted work, the Consultant received Express of Interest applications from 2 investors.

After a thorough examination of the received applications by the Consultant, all investor applications were found to fully comply with the specified criteria.

Applicants who have passed this stage will be invited to participate in the next stage of the privatization process, the "Submission of Binding Offers" (BO).

Binding offers (BO) for the acquisition of the Asset will be accepted by the Consultant until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on December 5, 2023.
