The State Assets Management Agency has selected Mosaic Financial as its Consultant on «UzAuto TRAILER» LLC privatization.

UzAuto TRAILER LLC is a manufacturer of trailers and various chassis frames for trucks and a wide range of automobile equipment for several sectors of the economy. The production capacity of the enterprise is 3 000 units, including 2 000 units of semi-trailers and 1 000 units of truck chassis frames. 

The company is aiming to sell its products not only in the domestic market but also in neighboring countries: Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.

I.  Automotive industry market analysis
II.  Asset Analysis
III.  Consultations on pre-sale preparation of the Asset

Note: On March 18, 2022, according to Presidential Decree #168, 100% state share in «UzAuto TRAILER» LLC was announced to be privatized.
