On February 23, 2023, the Non-binding Offers stage was completed. At this stage, Mosaic Financial has received non-binding offers from 6 applicants, out of 7.

All applications were checked for compliance with the requirements of this stage. As a result, 5 applicants have been admitted to the next Binding Offers (BO) stage.

Binding Offers (BO) for the acquisition of the Asset will be accepted by Mosaic Financial until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on April 18, 2023.
