Since January 17, 2025, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan has launched the sale of 100-gram gold bars. 

Now, the public can purchase gold bars in five different sizes: 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 grams.

At the time of publication, the cost of the gold bars is as follows:

• 5g - 5,830,000 UZS (approximately $449)
• 10g - 11,660,000 UZS (approximately $899)
• 20g - 23,321,000 UZS (approximately $1,798)
• 50g - 58,302,000 UZS (approximately $4,496)
• 100g - 116,603,000 UZS (approximately $8,980)

Gold bars can be bought or sold through commercial banks. 

It should be noted that intact gold bars are allowed to be taken outside the country.
