Uz-Hanwoo, a manufacturer of automotive soundproofing components, has acquired the Auto Fortis steering wheel plant for 43.164 billion UZS, which is 27.4% above the starting price of 33.875 billion UZS.

The buyer is required to maintain the enterprise’s core line of business for at least 10 years. The company must also comply with the licensing agreements for technical support with the approved supplier, as well as the requirements and restrictions of the main alliance agreement regarding the use of General Motors technologies.
