"Uzenergoengineering" JSC is an expert entity dedicated to planning and developing electrification solutions for all users. This encompasses those in villages, urban areas, and regional hubs within the Republic of Uzbekistan. Their services also cater to small to medium-sized businesses, water infrastructure, and communal facilities in the region.

To participate in the privatization process, applicants are required to submit an Express of Interest Form in Uzbek, Russian, or English (at the discretion of the participants) to info@mosaic-financial.uz 

Express of Interest Form must include the following information: 

1. Brief information about the Participant (including TIN, and type of activity).
2. Information about shareholders/participants owning more than 5% of the share in the authorized capital of the Participant (indicating the share of ownership), as well as ultimate beneficiaries.
3. Financial statements (preferably for the last 3 years).

Deadline for application: no later than November 20, 2023, 18:00 Tashkent time.
