International Beverages Tashkent, the company behind Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Adrenaline Rush, and Lipton in Uzbekistan, has acquired 100% ownership of the Baraka Market supermarket chain.

According to an analysis by the Antimonopoly Committee, the deal is considered a corporate reorganization, as both companies share the same founders (Holten Enterprise Holdings Ltd and Holten Group Corp), and it does not have a significant impact on market competition.
