The State Assets Management Agency has chosen Mosaic Financial as its Consultant on «Chinaz Petroleum Refinery Plant» LLC privatization.

«Chinaz Petroleum Refinery Plant» LLC is an industrial enterprise that processes oil into gasoline, kerosene, mazut, diesel fuel, and lubricating oils. The plant possesses modern equipment that allows processing of up to 117 thousand tons of hydrocarbon raw materials per year.

Note: On March 18, 2022, according to the Presidential Decree #168, 100% state share in "Chinaz Petroleum Refinery Plant" LLC was annoinced to be privatized
